Also, chronic procrastination and behaviors such as sudden reluctance following high enthusiasm for new things are common in adults with ADHD.

These scales, which include timing, pattern matching, cognitive efficiency and impulsivity tests, reveal that much more serious problems can lie in the depth of inefficiency in business life.

For example, doing cardiovascular exercises that increases the heart rate for one hour per day, participating in meditation sessions, regular sleep time and eating healthy reduce the symptoms of ADHD. Again, making periodic social media detoxes and reading books and preparing lists to better manage the day is also among the methods that make it easier to deal with ADHD.
